ABOUT US

ProMinded is a Cental New York-based mental training company established to help athletes achieve their fullest potential. Most coaches and athletes are aware of the importance of the 'mental game', yet little to no practice time is spent on mental training. ProMinded was developed to provide athletes with mental training methods that are easy to apply and can directly influence performance. 

Just like training in the weight room for speed and strength, ProMinded offers mental skill training to improve performance and increase consistency. ProMinded provides athletes with specific training techniques aimed to improve confidence, focus, and mental toughness. 

Instruction includes
sport psychology knowledge and training techniques, taught in a way that is easily applied to their sport. Athletes will be able to add these techniques into their current training program to improve the overall effectiveness of their training. 

ProMinded focuses on 3 specific areas to help athletes perform at their best: Mindset, Motivation, and Preparation.
